- The Summit will be hosted at the JW Marriott New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana.
- What can I expect from the event?
- Attendees will enjoy two days of collaboration, networking, and workshops designed to help ServiceCore users connect, exchange ideas, and gain valuable business insights.
- What if my competitors are there?
- This event is for all collaboration, not competition. You’ll have the chance to connect with business owners who are looking to grow their operations, just like you. There will be plenty of personalized networking opportunities to learn from others and share insights with like-minded professionals.
- What will I gain from attending?

- You’ll have structured networking and breakout sessions to connect with fellow PROs. We’ve also partnered with select industry vendors offering exclusive access and special discounts only for summit attendees.
- Is this summit only for new ServiceCore Users?
- You are going to see a mix of both types of ServiceCore Users. We are planning content that will definitely be new-user focused as well as content that goes into advanced usage. Have you ever wondered: Am I using this product the most effectively? What are other long-term users doing to be efficient on the app? This is the chance to find out!
Registration and Pricing
- How can I register?
- Registration will open on July 1st, 2025. You can secure your spot via our event page.
- Can I bring a plus one?
- It is encouraged that all plus one’s work for your portable sanitation business. All attendees must register and purchase an event ticket. No unregistered person(s) will be allowed at any events including all meals and night time events.
- What is included in the registration fee?
- Your registration covers access to all summit sessions, workshops, networking events, and 1:1 support opportunities.
- Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
- Refunds are not permitted. For special cases, reach out to marketing@servicecore.com.

- Will meals be provided at the event?
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided during sessions on both March 23rd & 24th. Further, there will be an open bar and small bites at the welcome happy hour and night event.
- What should I bring to the event?
- Bring your laptop or tablet for workshops, business cards for networking, and any specific questions you may have about using ServiceCore software.
